I just returned from an very nice six-night stay at the Carlton Downtown Hotel. The views from my room on the 40th floor, especially of the Burj Khalifa, were absolutely stunning. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and I enjoyed the fireworks display on New Year's Eve, which was just a short walk away. However, the service felt a bit impersonal at times, and I did experience some issues with room service during my stay that could use improvement. Overall, I had a fantastic time! 🎆🌃

The welcoming reception staff added a touch of warmth to our arrival, and the location is perfect, just minutes from the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.
